Wednesday, 23rd April, 2014: IAASA conducted an examination of the financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2012 of Acencia Debt Strategies Limited (‘the Company’). Consequent to that examination, the Company has amended the following disclosures in its financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2013 in accordance with financial reporting standard IFRS 7 Financial Instruments: Disclosures:
• fair value measurement; and
• selected risks arising from holding financial instruments.
The amended disclosures are included within note 3(a) and note 5 of the Company’s 2013 financial statements. The Company’s 2013 financial report has been filed with the Irish Stock Exchange (RNS No. 7615D) and can be found here.
