IAASA is setting up a new unit within its operations with the overall objective of inspecting auditors’ work and promoting improvements in the quality of auditing of public interest entities. Based in Naas, but with a significant part of the regulation work to take place at Dublin-based audit firms, IAASA is now recruiting for new roles within this unit. This will provide an excellent opportunity for experienced audit professionals to influence the practices and procedures of the major audit firms in Ireland to enhance audit quality.
