IAASA has published a Consultation Paper on its proposals to issue Sanctions Guidance

IAASA has published a Consultation Paper on its proposals to issue Sanctions Guidance to Committees of Enquiry and Investigation.

The purpose of this consultation paper is to obtain the views of stakeholders with regard to IAASA’s proposals to issue such guidance.

Stakeholders and interested parties are invited to provide responses to the Consultation Paper by e-mail only to [email protected] no later than 5pm on 11 December 2020.
