IAASA publishes its 2020 – 2022 Work Programme

IAASA has today published its Work Programme for the period 2020–2022.   The Authority has submitted the Programme to the Minister for Business, Enterprise & Innovation in accordance with section 910 of the Companies Act 2014.

The next three years are an important period for the Authority, in particular as it begins publishing the results of its Public Interest Entity audit firm inspections, and as its Conduct Unit comes fully on stream.  Chief Executive Kevin Prendergast expects that IAASA will no doubt become a more visible body over the next three years and its important work will be held up to closer scrutiny. This Programme will set the compass to guide the Authority, its Board and its staff over that period.

The Programme can be accessed here.
