The International Forum of Independent Audit Regulators (IFIAR) has issued a stakeholders announcement regarding their recent 2019 Plenary meeting hosted by the Hellenic Accounting and Auditing Standards Oversight Board (HAASOB) in Rhodes, Greece.

The IFIAR Annual Plenary meeting in Greece, addressed issues facing the profession and investor expectations of auditors and audit regulators as its key discussion. IAASA is the Irish member of IFIAR and the meeting was attended by the CEO of IAASA, Kevin Prendergast.
