Monday, 12th May 2014: IAASA conducted an examination of the Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2012 of Lyxor Focus Fund (GBP) Limited (‘the Company’). Consequent to that examination, the Company has amended the following disclosures in its financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2013:
• fair value measurement;
• selected risks arising from holding financial instruments;
• Related Party disclosures;
• Statement of Cash Flow; and
• Management Report.
The amended disclosures are included within notes 2b(iv), 8, 9 and 11 of the Company’s 2013 Financial Statements. The Company’s 2013 financial report has been filed with the Irish Stock Exchange (RNS No. 9902F) and can be found here.
