The constituency of the Authority’s Board is set out by the Companies Act 2014, and includes two nominees of the Minister. The Tánaiste and Minister for Enterprise, Trade & Employment, Leo Varadkar TD, is seeking expressions of interest in filling one of these roles. The process is being managed by the Public Appointments Service, and the process is now closed.
