Senior roles in IAASA

As part of its ongoing expansion, IAASA wishes to fill a number of senior roles across the organisation.

 

Senior Financial Reporting Manager

The Senior Financial Reporting Manager’s principal responsibilities will include managing and coordinating a range of duties associated with the Authority’s financial reporting supervision function. The successful candidate will be a member of an Irish Recognised Accountancy Body with post qualification experience at a suitably senior level in areas of relevance to the role (e.g. audit, financial reporting or in an associated enforcement environment), and will possess extensive knowledge of financial reporting standards. 

 

Senior Standards & Policy Manager

The Senior Standards & Policy Manager will have responsibility for delivery of the Authority’s auditing standards mandate as well as the development of a policy team within the organisation to provide expert advice in respect of the Authority’s remit over the audit and accounting profession in Ireland. S/he will be a member of a Recognised Accountancy Body with experience at a senior level in an audit environment or other area of relevance to IAASA’s remit, demonstrate detailed knowledge of International Standards on Auditing, and have a keen awareness of IAASA’s objectives and the environment within which it operates.

 

Senior Supervision Manager

The Senior Supervisory Manager will have responsibility for delivery of a diverse range of projects and assignments relating to the oversight of the audit and accounting profession in Ireland. S/he will have a qualification in a relevant discipline, experience at a senior level in a regulatory/audit environment or other area of relevance to IAASA’s remit, and have a keen awareness of IAASA’s objectives and the environment within which it operates.

 

The salary on commencement for each of these positions is €84,973, rising to €104,507 on an incremental scale.
