A Settlement Agreement has been agreed and the Authority has decided to impose a prohibition on Mr John Kavanagh for a period of 12 months from signing statutory audit reports and a fine of €10,500. The firm Howlett Kavanagh has been prohibited for a period of 12 months from conducting statutory audits. The full Settlement Agreement is available here.
