IAASA is seeking to recruit a part-time Administration and Facilities Officer (18 hours per week) to support its Corporate Services Unit.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a public sector regulatory body in a varied administrative role.
The Corporate Services Unit provides internal support across finance, HR, ICT, facilities management, administration, and company secretarial functions. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a public sector regulatory body in a varied administrative role. The successful candidate will have
- at least one year’s experience in a similar role, or a post-leaving certificate qualification in a relevant area.
- working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (particularly Outlook, Word and Excel)
- strong organisational and administrative skills
Experience in the public sector, while not essential, will be an advantage.
